Refund policy



At Qamees Place, we do everything to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not happy with a product, you can return it according to our return policy:

1. Return period

  • You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Excluded Items

  • Purchases from ongoing sale promotions or from the "OUTLET" category cannot be returned, but can be exchanged if the wrong size, defect, wrong item, or other valid reason is involved.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, you will receive a gift card for the amount of the item to be exchanged. The gift card is valid indefinitely.
  • Perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.


3. Retourprocedure

  • To start a return, send us a message via Whatsapp with your order number and the reason you wish to return the item. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Carefully pack the product, along with all original tags and labels.


4. Return Conditions

  • The returned clothing must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
  • All tags and labels must still be attached to the product.
  • Please note that perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.


5. Refund

  • Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
